Great place and friendly people.

Beautiful view, friendly waiters....average (concession stand like) food, loooooooooong wait.

Waitress was very friendly, but the fish I ordered was bland

The is exactly what you would expect from a beach side hole I'm the wall. Crab cakes were actually pretty good. The shrimp Po' Boy was not too bad either. They should be considering the seafood is fresh caught same day.

We love Pelican Pub and especially Casey and the other wonderful friendly bartenders. What a great relaxing place for Islanders! Really nice people, fun music and good food downstairs. So nice and friendly.

The food was great and staff was friendly. They were busy but we still didn't wait long for our food and drinks were refilled as needed.

We stopped in here while down at the island, great food, was the absolute definition of fresh seafood, and a deck right over the harbor with an amazing view of the Gulf

Little pub upstairs from JT's. Bit too smoky for my tastes, but the drinks were tasty and the outside benches and tables were great too and got us away from the smoke.

Good food for Dauphin Island and a cool view out the back overlooking boats and water.

Not A lot of food for your buck. And it took for ever for my lunch to go. I spent my entire lunch hour waiting on fish and ships. Because the waitress apparently forgot my slip. So I have to bring the good back to work and gulp it down. Sure it was probably overwhelming with all those customers. Mostly seem like locals attended.

Great place, good drink, nice people. But dont play "Southern Hospitality" by Ludacris....its not a popular choice. J/K...This is a great place to relax and have a drink.

One stop we never miss vacationing in Alabama

We enjoy the pub so much. We have met so many new friends by going up on Wednesday night for darts. They welcomed us right in, no experience needed. It was so much fun we made it a weekly event. Sunset grill is underneath the pub so we can get something quick or a full meal while at the pub.

This is a nice, cozy, quant place. The bartender was really sweet. The views where fantastic. The food was okay but then again i am from Louisiana and it is hard to beat.

Great little bar! Order food down stairs. Someone one at bar suggested fish tacos. Got blackened fish tacos and fried pickles. Both were awesome. Met a few travelers was so much fun!

A couple of days ago, we stumbled across this "locals" pub when looking for a place for a late lunch following the ferry ride from Fort Morgan. We enjoyed a great lunch. Most everything was fried--except the salad--but it was really good. The batter used there is light and seasoned just right. We had probably been there about an hour or so when Danny Martin, who I see commented previously here, arrived. He and Laurie along with Susan, the excellent barkeep, made it a fun stop for sure. The others in attendance appeared to be pretty much regulars, and it reminded me of a "Cheers" kind of place! A very friendly, fun place with cold, cold beer! We'll go back I feel sure.

We recently moved to Theodore and it's about 20 minutes from the house. The first time we went there we were treated like family. The head bartender Susan, Candy and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Vacationers, come on in. If me and Laurie are there, we will treat you like family too.

Food and drinks are served in disposable containers... Food was good and decently priced. Bathroom could use some updating.

My husband and I love coming to this pub to have a drink and the relaxation. We also love ordering our food from the Sunset Grill which is right below the pub....we order our food first and then go up to the pub and they bring our food to us which makes a nice evening. The food at the Sunset Grill is awesome!

Exactly the atmosphere I was looking for when I went out searching for a place to grab a few casual afternoon drinks on the island. Tonya the bartender, was extremely friendly and was quick to joke around with us, and I loved that she recommended food from the neighboring business as well. Definitely will be back this week!

Great food! The grouper was terrific, actually melted in our mouths. Beautiful view of the gulf and our dog was welcomed to eat with us on the deck. We will definetly visit again on our next trip to the island.

This place was SO much fun! My husband and I went on Dart Tournament Night, which is more for the locals. But they all welcomed us and asked us to play! It was great! The drinks were awesome! The food downstairs was awesome! Wonderful experience! The owners were there too and they were a hoot! We can't wait to get back to the island all the way from Oklahoma!
